Our warranty is valid on grains to the first city/address we send the grains to. Unfortunately, we have had many instances where customers are misusing this service (and our trust) to send free grains to friends and relatives in other city. So we are enforcing this condition on all sales.

Our warranty is applicable only for retail consumers. Institutional and commercial use, whether declared or not, voids our 1 year replacement warranty.

I was searching for kefir for my health challenges and I contacted Mr Sri Hari kefirwala .He is such a humble person, he helped me to understand how kefir is made what type of kefir is good for me .I am using kefir from him since November 2019 and I am seeing good changes in my health.Thank you Sri Hari for your prompt responses for all the queries.
