I benefited alot from having kefir in some ways. My sleep improved alot. I was able to obtain milk kefir from Kefirwala in Bangalore . The kefir drinks they sell is of good quality. I feel kefirwala is one of the few in India who are committed to serving healthy kefir. Awesome guys!
