This has been a super amazing experience overall! The first time I spoke with Sri (Kefirwala) I wasn't sure if it's his business, his hobby or his passion because his dedication was unlike any other online experience I ever had. You get regular updates from him on the status of your order and even after the delivery he keeps in touch and helps in every possible way.The packaging as can been seen from the pictures is good and the quantity is more than what's required for 500 ml of milk. Unfortunately I wasn't able to take care of the first batch that I received but kefirwala came to rescue and sent me another batch free of cost! (Tip: you can freeze some of the grains and keep them as backup, I learned it the hard way!)Thanks Sri for such an amazing experience!
