Really appreciate Hari's experience and knowledge when it comes to making kefir and growing kefir grains. On my first call with him he took the time to ask me questions and understand why I wanted to get into kefir making. Explained the benefits, the possible pros and cons and I reached out to him for kombucha scoby as well and what surprised me was that rather than selling me as many products as he could, based on my health goals he suggested I proceed with kefir for now and then explore other things sometime down the line.Also the grains he sells, really are the best I have seen so far. :)We once had an accident where our drains were mistakenly thrown out and I reached out to Hari, he quickly arranged for a replacement (during the lockdown) and I really appreciate his professionalism and his promptness when it comes to addressing queries and questions.Will be ordering from him for my other family members as well. :)Really glad that people like Hari are in the Business :)
