I've had very good experiences purchasing from KefirWala. The products have been of good quality. When I was contemplating on buying some kefir starter, the owner first personally checked to see if this was the right product for our family in the first place! He also sent instructional material and diligently followed up to check if things were going fine with the product. Overall a very good experience!
