SriHari is very passionate about promoting the goodness of Kefir . His grains are very big ( size of peanuts ) and makes it easy to strain .It's been a month now , my kefir grains are healthy and we getting nice kefir buttermilk .Thank you Srihari for answering all the questions I had during initial days.
