There are a lot of benefits in water kefir and in this article, we will show you why it is so versatile. To make water kefir drink, all you need is some sugar water and kefir grains. Add the sweet water to the grains in a jar and allow it to sit for 24 hours and voila, a tasty probiotic drink is ready.
